The Role
This company is looking for top Salesforce engineers to join their rapidly growing Salesforce Engineering team. They are looking for an individual with excellent problem solving skills and a creative mind who is excited about developing and improving their Salesforce applications. Responsibilities
- Utilize Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and Visualforce pages and flows to ensure Salesforce is optimal for customer use
- Manage development environments including multiple sandboxes and the migration process for code and configuration to a production Salesforce environment.
- Participate in the full life cycle of Salesforce releases, from feature review and impact analysis to deploying
- Monitor and provide solutions to any issues in the Salesforce system
- Assist with the support and configuration of the Salesforce Orgs and applications
Qualifications
- Competent in developing custom Salesforce applications
- Excellent understanding of Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce
- Great understanding of API integration
- Experience in the full life-cycle of Salesforce releases
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering business requirements from the client for Salesforce implementation
- Customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Managing internal stakeholders
- Documentation of client based requirements
- Providing assistance in guiding the design of solutions
- Providing Salesforce training
- Post solution development, liaising with the client and gaining their approval
You will likely be working on a range of Government, Non-4-Profit and Real Estate Projects. Other project domains: Finance, Insurance, Education and Professional Services.
