The Technical Consultant has experience implementing Salesforce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. The role will require working closely with business stakeholders and the development team acting as the solution architect. This position requires the ability to multi-task and lead from the front. Additionally, the Technical Consultant is responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements gathered.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis.

Configure and customise Salesforce Sales, Service and any other applicable clouds.
Configuration of Salesforce and related third-party applications.
